इसका उद्देश्य रेलवे के Automatic Train Protection infrastructure को मजबूत करना और ट्रेन परिचालन में safety layer को बढ़ाना है। यह परियोजना लखनऊ डिवीजन के identified balance sections में Kavach 4.0 coverage बढ़ाएगी।
